    Paula was born on 3 May 1915 at 60 Union Street, Ryde, Isle of Wight to Arthur Henry TOMASIN and Ann Elizabeth PURCHES.

    She married Alfred WICKENS in 1936. They had one child, Geoffrey.

    Paula died in childbirth on 22 December 1947 at St Marys Hospital, Newport, Isle of Wight.
